Abstract
OP-unit is the important component of OPGW, It mostly has Al-spacer type, Al-tube type, Stainless tube type in the world. It has testified that stainless tube is the best material of OP-unit. But along with the technologies developing at very fast speed, by ideally combining the well-rounded optical fiber second-coating craftwork with the advanced laser-welding stainless tube technology, we have developed the composite stainless tube OP-unit. The composite stainless tube OP-unit has show the most excellent performance in many aspects, such as the OPGW structure design idea with the traditional ground wire, precision controlling the optical fiber excess length, effectively safeguarding optical fiber and enduring higher short-time temperature. 一、前 言 电力系统通信用的光纤复合架空地线(OPGW)的优点已经不言而喻了,所以自2000年以来在国内得到了迅速大面积使用,据不完全统计,至2003年3月国内已经架设近20000公里,特别是2002年全国就架设了近10000公里,是前几年的总和。但由于我国生产OPGW的技术是从不同国家学习引进的,导致从结构上就有些不同,OPGW结构的优劣也就成为国内学术界、应用领域一直争论不休的一个话题。前几年争论不锈钢管型OPGW与铝管型OPGW孰好孰坏,在应用领域似乎没有得出很有说服力的结论。根据国内应用条件和电力用户的喜好,再加上国内生产不锈钢管型OPGW的厂家较多,不锈钢管型的OPGW在国内得到了长足的发展。随着技术的不断进步和对不锈钢管型OPGW认识的进一步加深,在单层不锈钢型OPGW基础上又开发出了复合不锈钢管型OPGW。 |
