Abstract
The mobile interlink is becoming the hotspot on which more attention have been paid. With internet’s transforming to the next generation of internet, IPV6 will be the foundation of the mobile data communication. In this paper, mobile IPV4 is introduced. In addition, a new project based on IPV6 is also analyzed.

移动数据通信是当前信息业兴起的又一大热点，是第三代移动通信系统的主要业务特征，为解决现阶段移动和IP 相结合的问题，目前提出有代表性的、影响较大的方案主要有：基于数字蜂窝系统GSM的GPRS(General Packet Radio Service)技术和基于模拟蜂窝通信系统AMPS系统的CDPD(Cellular Digital Packet Data)技术，由IETF提出的移动IP(Mobile IP)及由WAP论坛提出的应用层的解决方案WAP(Wireless Application Protocol)。目前GPRS作为第二代移动通信系统向第三代移动通信系统的过渡技术在我国正得到如火如茶地发展。毫无意义，随着移动通信向第三代移 动通信系统的过渡，移动IP协议将成为移动数据通信的主要基石。 |
